Here are the skills youneed to start:
Excellent knowledge of XHTML, CSS, web design without tables
Proficient with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and Dreamweaver CS3
Ability to convey ideas and design concepts throughout the life of projects
Excellent written and spoken communication skills, client management experience a plus
Ideal candidates will be self starting motivated individuals who are capable of learning new technologies on their own and possess a strong attention to detail
Other assets we'd like that are not required:
ecommerce shopping cart deployment
Development experience using PHP
Experience using Flash
